Subscribers
For your organisation:
- How satisfied are your customers?
- Do you know where you need to improve?
- Are you better than your competitors?
- How big is the gap between you and the best?
Subscribe to UKCSI
Get the answers by subscribing to UKCSI from the Institute of Customer Service – the national measure of customer satisfaction. Find out just how good your organisation really is, and measure yourselves against the best.
There are two levels of subscriber to UKCSI:
-
Principal subscriber
-
Sectoral subscriber
For principal subscribers, we’ll:
-
survey your customers, using the same questions as the UKCSI
-
chart the results, based on the responses of 500 of your customers
-
compare the results with the UKCSI results
-
give you more detailed complaints data from your customers and the UKCSI
-
license you to download all the data on your organisation
-
license you to download data across all sectors (subject to restrictions on use)
-
put together a customised report on customer satisfaction with your organisation, and how it compares with the rest of your sector
-
make recommendations on how you can improve
The cost of becoming a principal subscriber is £25,000 a year (£20,000 for ICS members) plus VAT. We’ll give you two sets of results, six months apart.
For sectoral subscribers, we’ll:
-
survey your customers, using the same questions as the UKCSI
-
chart the results, based on responses of 200 of your customers
-
compare the results with the UKCSI results
-
license you to download all the data on your organisation
-
license you to download all data from one sector (subject to restrictions on use)
The cost of becoming a sectoral subscriber is £2,500 for each survey wave (£1,250 for ICS members) plus VAT.
One of the many benefits of ICS membership is that Corporate and Council members are entitled to one (Corporate) or two (Council) free surveys per membership year.
