Use of this Website
By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable laws.

UKCSI Panel Members
On registering as a UKCSI Panel Member, you confirm that you are:

  • 18 years old or over
  • resident in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
  • responsible for declaring any income received as a member of the UKCSI Panel. ICS has no obligation in respect of any tax due on the Reward given to a Panel Member

You may register only once as a UKCSI Panel Member. Once you have submitted your answers to our joining questionnaire, you become a member of the 'Your Say Pays' web panel and agree to abide by its Terms and Conditions.


UKCSI Subscribers
On becoming a UKCSI Subscriber, you agree to:

  • pay the Subscription Fee online by Credit/Debit Card or 14 days after Invoice
  • deliver to ICS, or its nominated partner, sufficient customer email addresses to enable the required response from a randomly selected sample. If you do not deliver sufficient email addresses, or agree with ICS and its nominated partner an alternative data collection method, ICS will be deemed as having met its obligations.

  • All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the materials on this website are owned by The Institute of Customer Service unless otherwise indicated. You may download, print or copy any material from this website, provided it is for your own personal, non-commercial use and you keep in place all original copyright notices or other intellectual property notices.
  • You may not copy, modify, alter, distribute, publish, sell or otherwise use any material on this website in whole or in part, unless you have obtained the prior written consent of The Institute of Customer Service.
